Terms and Conditions

Packing your order

  1. Orders are packed when paid.
  2. No changes can be made once the order has been processed.
  3. We cannot combine 2 invoices into one invoice or one shipment order. Alternatively we can cancel the order (so you can remake it with additional items)  if it has yet to be sent to the warehouse for picking.
  4. The Lifestyle Co is not accountable for any order errors the buyer makes.
  5. Any changes to the order or cancellations must be made before the order is processed and sent for packing. Once sent to 3PL we are not able to cancel the order.
  6. Any customisations will incur an hourly warehouse fee. This cost will be added to your order.
  7. If cancellation is needed after the order has been packed, you will be refunded the amount paid, minus the cost to receipt the products back into warehouse stock.
  8. Notify us if you want shipping insurance (extra cost applies).

 

Minimum order

  1. All wholesale orders must meet a minimum of $750AUD to be fulfilled without fees.
  2. Any orders between $500AUD - $750AUD will incur a 20% fee towards the total order.
  3. Orders under $500AUD will be automatically cancelled

 

Payments

  1. All prices on invoices are in AUD. The cost of products ordered is to be paid when making an order.
  2. Shipping is to be paid by the buyer. If not outlined in the invoice, this cost will be added on after packing for a more accurate rate. Please provide a payment receipt.
  3. All orders must be paid in full before packing and dispatch.
  4. Our 3PL will charge additional costs if the order is in our warehouse for more than two days (once ready for dispatch) without full payment. Only full-paid orders are to be dispatched.

 

Product Pricing

  1. Products are to be priced no lower or no higher than 10% of the Australian RRP.
  2. Sales are recommended only after 3 months of the product's release. This is to maintain a global pricing standard. Bulk buy promotions are acceptable.

 

Faults and Returns

  1. Any faults will need photographic proof sent to the team for review.
  2. Any faults will be credited to your next order at the cost of purchase.

 

Delivery Service:

  1. Australian orders use Auspost.
  2. International orders use DHL Express.
  3. If you have a DHL Express account our warehouse can bill the shipping costs to you directly.
  4. The Lifestyle Co does not control the speed of your delivery.

 

Tax, VATs and Duties

  1. The customer will pay All customs taxes and duties. 
  2. The Lifestyle Co has no control over the amount your government charges.
  3. The invoice we send to international customers excludes tax, VAT and duties.
  4. These are additional costs to be paid by the. customer to DHL Express.
  5. Australia orders will include GST

  

Imagery

  1. Please contact us for images and videos for e-commerce and promotional use.
  2. Photos are not to be used for defamatory purposes. 
  3. Only approved for use when our product is the promoted item.
  4. We love and encourage social media postings please hashtag #2eros or #supawear to your posts, and tag us!

 

Accounts

  1. Please double-check the address used when placing an order.
  2. All information provided must be truthful and accurate
  3. You are responsible for any updates necessary to your account.
  4. By becoming a wholesaler, you agree to be part of the exclusive wholesaler’s emailing list for new releases and pre-launches.

 

Insurance:

  1. Notify us in the comments if you would like shipping insurance.(extra costs)

 

Breaches

  1. The Lifestyle Co PTY LTD has the right to terminate and deactivate the wholesale account at any time.
